Synergy StudentVUE provides students with easy access to assignments, grades and attendance.
ParentVUE
Synergy ParentVUE provides parents and guardians the ability to view their student’s assignments, grades and attendance, as well as the ability to update crucial student information.

Forgot password in ParentVUE
- Please go to the ParentVUE Account Access at: https://wa-bsd405-psv.edupoint.com/Login_Parent_PXP.aspx
- Click on I am a Parent
- On the Login page, click on drop down arrow on the More Options drop-down arrow
- Click Forgot Password
Important Note: Parent/guardian has 20 minutes to reset their password after they click on the “Forgot Password” option. Also, ParentVUE password reset can only be done on a browser, either on computer or mobile devices. - Enter the email address that you have registered with the school that you’ve created during ParentVUE activation process, then click Send Email.
- The parent/guardian will receive an email from parenthelp@bsd405.org. If the email does not appear in the Inbox, please check the Junk Email or Spam folder. In the email, click the link: “Click here to change password”
- Once parent/guardian clicks on the “Click here to change password” link in the email, the Change Password screen will display
- Parent will need to enter First Name and Last Name exactly how it is registered with the Synergy School Student Information System
- Enter New Password and Confirm New Password
- Then, click Change Password
- A message stating change was successful will display
- Click the link to go back to the ParentVUE home page at https://wa-bsd405-psv.edupoint.com/Login_Parent_PXP.aspx and login with the new password.
